Whew - Exhausted!

Why is it that the holidays are so exhausting?

Maybe it's because...

a. Life seems to be pretty much non-stop between Thanksgiving and Christmas,

b. Finding time to help Santa shop at odd hours between working, sleeping, eating and "cutie time,"

c. Wrapping into the wee hours of the night,

d. Delivering Kris Kringle gifts (& the Babcock's Kris Kringle gifts), and

d. Countless fun parties

Or...

Maybe it's because we let it.

I am exhausted. The cuties are exhausted. Bryan is exhausted. But, I wouldn't have it any other way. Christmas for us was filled with family, friends, giving, sharing, eating, loving, laughter, tears, the occasional yell, and calls with far-away family whom we so dearly miss.
